That's insane. I've never paid anything like that to stay in Paris (I'm here for 15 years already). I think I paid $120 for the initial visa in NYC years ago, but I think that was a tax I didn't really have to pay and did out of ignorance. And all that to live in London? The booze is too expensive and the weather is what, permanently cloudy? And you have to take a test? Mon Dieu! Well good luck, nice blog.
