The two postings that you shared literally brought me to tears. Or maybe it was the Joe Strummer cd I was listening to whilst reading your blog. :) London has pulled at my heartstrings and is a force that I cannot deny...so much so that I am doing everything in my power to relocate myself there. I am fully aware that I will always be an outsider...that is not an issue as I lived in Italy for two years and understand what that encompasses. I just want to express thanks to you for a venue and a safe place for expats to share and occasionally vent a bit. My soul has never connected with a place as much as it has with Old Blighty...thank you again for all of your sharing and insight.
